Shame

Shame is a vague concept a blind spot for many, or so people would have you believe. It is that moment of discomfort when you long for comfort. a struggle with yourself created by your past.

A question of standards and values. Do I dare do this, may I do this, will this be accepted. it prevents you from achieving what you want to achieve. You want to approach her, but somewhere you have learned that this is difficult, that approaching strangers is something to be ashamed of. But no, it is anything but. shame develops over the years, a child knows no shame, dares to shout and scream when it wants something. The adult man, on the other hand, hides behind formalities. hides behind the wallpaper. The path of shame is familiar to us all, but the moment we confront it. then the shutters close.
